I've got a logo that needs to be improved...

## Deliverables
I've attached a logo which needs to be modified like this:
1. I like the boat part of the Chinese junk in the attached logo but I prefer the sails in the red Chinese junk in the 2nd attachment... (The boat is called a Chinese Junk)
2. Now the Red junk is the emblem of the Hong Kong Tourist Board so I cannot use it exactly as is as I do not want to infringe on their intellectual property so here's what I'd like to have created...
3. Create sails that are similar to those in the red junk but place them on a boat that looks like the one in the logo. You can make the boat part a bit more abstract than it currently is to match the abstract feel of the sails
4. However you should make the boat smaller than the sails so that the sails are the most pronounced part of the boat, just like in the HJong Kong Tourist Board's image
5. You will make the new junk red as this is a lucky colour in Chinese culture
6. See the image called Junk Sketch to get an idea of what I'd like the new junk to look like and you can use this as a guide to creating the perfect Junk
7. The Chinese characters at the top left of the logo are Hong Kong in Chinese
I require the logo as a photoshop document with each element on a separate layer and I also require the logo as a vector so that it can be scalable to any size
