Remove background on fashion photos

I have about 100 photos of sports fashion photos with background that needs to be removed. I'd like the people on a transparent background as a final product.
This is for the new edition of my catalog. You can have a look at our current version to see what kind of pictures we are dealing with. [url removed, login to view]
The original pictures are studio pictures with a white background but the lighting is not perfect so the white is not completly white everywhere. I need the background completely removed on every picture.
I have about 20-40 pictures that can be done soon and the rest will be out of the next photoshoot that is planed in mid-February. If the first work is concluent I'd like to work with the same person over and over for future issues of the catalogs. That means 2-3 photoshoot a year.
