Flag Orientation Correction with Enhancement

I have a JPEG photo that features a flag mistakenly displayed upside down. There is also a person's head positioned in front of the flag.
Your task will be to digitally manipulate this photo to correct the orientation of the flag, whilst retaining all the other aspects of the photo, particularly the individual in front.
Apart from this, minor enhancements to the photo quality are required, however, there's no need for color correction. The final output should be in high resolution, 300 DPI.
