This project is for a programmer that gets excited when they hear CGI/PERl. I need an individual to modify an existing auction fee structure so that when an item over $500.00 is posted for auction, a secondary fee structure kicks in. The person who completes this task in a timely manner will be considered for multiple projects in the near future.
