244610 JW FLV Player Issues

My website is running PHPMotion V1. and I have been having problems with the JW Player. I can't determine if the issue is with my web hosting or the JW FLV Player. site is [url removed, login to view]
I need several things fixed.
1. Buffering of the videos. After upload the video's are buffering too long.
2. Player on the homepage "today's random video" shows 404 error #2032. I suspect that after the video's are permantly deleted the video module is still pointing to those missing files. This is the closest I have come to a fix but I don't know how to implement it. [url removed, login to view]
3. I want my video module to have an image preview with the play button over it. Much like the following example [url removed, login to view];example=11.
I'm using the JW FLV Player 4.0

Also I've been considering an upgrade to PHPMotion V2 Stable Version. If you think you have the knowledge to analyze the differences between V1, V2 and my site and integrate them I'm also interested in that. PM for that too.
