The site will have a location search and a people search based on postcode information in the UK. I have a current nearest neighbour application based on a pre-built .NET application that can be used. Where possible I would like to use third party applications for resources such as chat rooms, forums and message boards. It will have a message facility for members to send messages to other members, message board, favourites, profiles with pictures, search members, recently added members and members who looked at your profile. Alternative payment mechanisms can be suggested ??" but at present it uses paypal which I have found to be very effective.. The developer should be available from 9-9 GMT on yahoo/msn messenger. Please ask questions and consult the attached document for more information. Source code to be fully commented, documented and WC3 complainant. There is a collection of .NET source code for the winning bidder to example for aspects of the development e.g. nearest neighbour searches and registration. Successful candidates will be considered for a much lager adult dating portal including web cam, sms and match making.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
