Live Chat for Software

Build live chat software that we can use on any number of websites.

Interested person on Internet, would click "live chat" button;

designated person (as long as they were somewhere on the Internet) - would receive "chat" message - accept message and two would begin to chat. If person "off-line"; chat process would check to see who else, if any one, was available to chat.

So there could be several employees available to do live chat.

The live chat software would display on each employee's desktop or own webpage, and they would be able to chat.

This is a one-to-one chat process. However, it would be nice to have the employee A invite employee B into the chat to help the customer.

Live chat software would also create a "log" of conversation - so that it can be forwarded to support coordinator.

* Has to run on Win2003 webservers.

* Prefer VB.NET, ASP.NET or VB. C++ DLL's are

acceptable as long as we have the source code

* really perfer vB.net

* Can NOT require any "special" download or plug-ins for

those visiting the website.
