write parenthesis using server-side vbscript to create data-driven javascript

Hello,

I need to write a data-driven (dynamic) javascript using server-side VBScript. The problem I am having is that part of the output requires writing a parenthesis character into the javascript and I am having trouble declaring a variable to be the parenthesis character.

The ascii representation of a parenthesis won't work because the parenthesis is being used in a javascript.
