Mailer soft. in *nix with ip rotation feature

We have large dating sites. we warn members by emails each movements. got message, confirmed things etc.. you can easy guess, some big mail providers ban our ips/messages and we cant reach our customers.

we use *"sendmail"* for compose mails to members. sometimes *"sendmail"* performance is not enought and mails goes very slow/server gone LOADED.

**What we need to solve these problems:

**1-) THAT MUST BE MUCH MORE _STABLE_ and _FASTER_ than *"sendmail"* in *nix. i dont want mails wait in system too long time and my server gets loaded.

2-) WE NEED THAT MAILER _ROTATES SERVERS IPS_ WHEN SENDING MAILS. this is MOST important thing we need. we will have 10 or 100 or 250+ ips in server. mailer will send mails over diffrent ip each time (BINDING!). this is for not getting BANNED on big mail providers.

we launch *"sendmail"* from php scripts to compose mails. i want to launch your mailer like it. maybe with command line:

sendit $from $to $subject $body &

(you see in command: i dont need much features in that mailer. this will increase speed and reliablity i think).

i will save server ips in a txt file and mailer will use next ip each time.

we need better quality "sendmail" software with ip rotation feature.

it must be written in c/c++ for best performance. i need a experienced coder about mailing rules (i want %100 deliverty) and performance software writing in *nix systems.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
