This project is to pull the required data from a database and print it on a 4 x 6 label. Attached is a scan of the general feel I want the label to have but you are free to adjust it to make the data fit correctly (and as compactly as possible). The database the information needs to be pulled from and a copy of the document used to print the label. The font for the barcode is the free 3 of 9 barcode font. It has an * on either side to allow the barcode scanner to read it. What the different data is and what tables it comes from: Table Items_Packed • Invoice_Number for this example is 88517. It is encoded in font 3 of 9 as *88517* then appears again on the next line as a plain 88517 • Items_in_Box for this example is 4 1114P. It is possible to have multipule items in the same box • Box_Number for this example is Box 7 (towards the bottom of the label) • Package_Weight for this example is 28 (Next to Box 7) • Num_Packages is 1 in this example so the label is 1 of 1. If there were multipule packages (I assume three for this example) the first would be 1 of 3, then the second label would be 2 of 3, and the third, 3 of 3. The packages are considered to be in the same shipment if Invoice_Number is the same for all of them. Table items • description is the only field used from this table. The description should be pulled for every item from here where the inv_id = Invoice_Number and the current item number from Items_in_Box = sku. Table inv • All data should be pulled from the record where ID = Invoice_Number. • PO_Number for the example is dj Hammond • VIA is UPS Ground • Terms are VISA • Ship_Company The Lucky Dog Wood Shop • Ship_Attn ??" • Ship_Addr1 4457 Swinging Bridge Rd • Ship_Addr2 was blank • Ship_City Mendota • Ship_State VA • Ship_Zipcode 24270 • Phone 2766451020 Hopefully this makes sense. If you have any questions please ask.
