Hello, I run a very successful website in <[login to view URL]> and I'm currently looking for a coder that can apply certain upgrades that I'm looking for. I need someone who is very skilled and easy to contact. Im always looking for new upgrades so if you do a great job in a timely manner then I will continue to send work your way. Basically heres what Im looking for in short. I will go in more detail once I choose a coder based on sites that I have seen you code. Please remember that my site is heavily coded by a skilled coder but unfortunately, he seems not to understand what deadlines are so with that being said, Im in search of someone new. I have just attached a word doc. on certain upgrades that I'm looking for. I know some or all may not make sense without know how the site currently works but again, I need to see work you have done in order to let you see the current files as trust is a big issue. Thanks.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
