Experienced LAMP coder for enhancements for PHP website

The website in question in [[url removed, login to view]][1] that allows photographers upload tours.

1. There are 2 user roles here: admin and photographer; Please introduce another user role ("Company") that would allow Photographer accounts management (CRUD);

2. For a given property we need to associate pictures of more (predefined) size (ex. <[url removed, login to view]> would need 4 predefined sizes)

3. The tours are being played with Pure player, the Java version; We would like to allow the user be able to choose one IPV player from the 4 available at <[url removed, login to view]> );

4. The tours have 4 Tabs; We would like to allow the user to choose the order of their appearence and their names;

5. The photographer needs to view the tours by time & by company.

6. Clone tour; (copy with another label)

7. Cutomizeable text "Choose your floorplan": (on the floorplan tab)

8. BUG: When editing a floorplan, its images won't display (ex. <[url removed, login to view]> )

9. From an IPV file (a tour file) we need to be able to create SMALL (thumbnails) that would need to be used instead of the images showing on the floor plans; when clicked we need to open a new resizeable window.

10. I need the option to embed (to provide an iFrame link) a "tour" information in one of the 6 possibilitties that could be seen bellow; (combination of tabs with hidden areas).

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
