Flash needed

Attached please find the spiral images of a shell and the rose flower. We want the website home page to be created with spiral flash effect. (You can decide which one looks nice from the attached two spiral images.) I am a very design element person. My main focus is that the flash should look very cool, giving the vibe of warmth, intimacy, and in the background the material/spiritual feeling. The design should not be corporate strong... The design needs to be made in such a way, where the heart gets touched with beauty and the freshness and cool feeling... THE IMAGES ARE OF A ROSE AND THE OTHER IS THE CROSS SECTION OF A SHELL. WE WERE IMAGINING THAT THE SPIRAL COULD MOVE CIRCULARLY AND THE PEARL COULD REMAIN STILL (LIKE THE EYE OF OF HURRICANE). WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE MUSIC PLAYING IN THE BACKGROUND (WE WILL PROVIDE TO YOU). THE PERSON WOULD ENTER THE WEBSITE BY CLICKING ON THE PEARL, SYMBOLIZING THAT RELATING AND THE PATH OF LOVE CAN BE AN ENTRY POINT INTO WHO WE TRULY ARE. Attached please find the details of the website needed... This bid is not for the complete website but the first homepage design with nice flash effect... You need to make sure that the menu items as per the attached word document are included in the HTML part of the home page... Once we like your design, we will make the new bid request for the other webpages... We would like you to create the mock designs and show it to us and then we will select the final coder to work with us.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
