Graphical Enhancements required for website.

The system is operating functionally, however we require graphics to be added make it look more presentable. Layout COULD be changed but it must not interfere with the placement of the SitePal character and the booking form must be visible.
Currently it consists of 2 iframes - 1 for the sitepal and 1 for the booking engine.
Please submit proposals for a look and feel that meets the requirements below;
1. Sitepal and booking engine MUST BE visible.
2. booking engine must be usable - it changes screens and as such needs to run inside an iframe.
3. Site must not take long to load. Must have a travel/flight-related theme.
4. a SECOND page is required, with similar look and feel as page 1, but it must have the MyFlight logo and 2 buttons allowing the user to choose. The options are : BOOK HOLIDAYS and BOOK FLIGHTS. the page should load quick and be simple. the buttons should stand-out and have a theme around holidays and flights.
In total, this is to modify 1 existing page and create 1 new one.
Logo will be given to the person winning the bid.
<B>NOTE : The booking engine is a QA/DEV system. Please do not use it to book flights. There is no real-time effect.</B>
