Google Map Expert small modifications

We currently have a google map tool to look up addresses. It is working ok, but there are some inconsistencies.

Here are my issues:

Type in the following address into our search:

33 Torrey Pines

12065

If you go to google maps, it finds this address just fine with the zip code and a list of three without the one that is being found.

Keep in mind, it is finding most addresses just fine.

Also, google maps site will return a list of likely matches. Is there a way to have more than one match returned so the correct one can be selected?

This should be something really minor, thus the low max bid. If there is something that we can do to make this much better that requires more work, let me know and we can adjust accordingly.

Please do not bid or attempt to learn on the job with this. I have had more than one programmer who can 'figure it out' but they cannot. Only if you are certain that you know that you can make this work correct, then bid.

The search results returned with likely matches I want but if it is not possible, just let me know that and we can try to think of good safeguards
