I have a database full of image names and the path to it's location on my server.

I need a way for my writers to write a description for each image and save it to the database. Multiple writers will be using the same PHP page so I need each writer to never be working on the same image.

I've built a template in html that I need converted to PHP and pull the info from my database.

All the details are in the attached html file.

The budget for this is $30
