I need someone to optimze my website / jomsocial installation.

This is a new website, i have to transfer a database of 25.000 users from an other community of mine so I need the website to handle it correctly and to run smoothly.

I need someone serious that I can work again with in the future.

Today I need :

> Speed up my installation : the key feature ! It has to handle a community of 25.000 users and almost 80.000 next year. The website has to be as light/fast as possible, specially the home page. (make fewer HTTP requests, combine css, javascript, images, decrease the time to first byte : Target : under 300ms,

and 2 minor fixes :

> Fix the footer on the home page : Lock it down

> Set up correctly the SEF on jomsocial toolbar
