We need an experienced PHP / WordPress programmer to create four (4) Wordpress Plugins over the next 4 weeks.
This is a trial project - we are looking for 1-3 "Super Star" programmers.
On completion of this project the "Super Star" programmer(s) we select who will be offered another 80+ WordPress plugin projects and additional ongoing PHP custom programming work.
Some of the Wordpress plugins will be written 100% new code.
Other plugins will reuse code from or extend on existing open source (GPL) Wordpress plugins.
You MUST be familiar with the terms of the GPL license - i.e.: not reusing any GPL code in our closed source commercial plugins.

Qualities we are looking for:
* Must have a minimum of 3 years of full time PHP 4 & PHP 5, MySQL & Wordpress programming experience.
* Clear, well formatted, commented code.
* Uses an object oriented programming approach
* Strong PHP Security awareness - filtering of all user input, prevention of SQL injection, session attacks etc.
* Use of Subversion to check code changes in and out of our Subversion repository.
* English Speaking. Foreign accents are fine as long as we can clearly and easily communicate with you (we already have many staff in countries all around the world).
* High level of contactability via skype, email and / or other chat services.
* Ability to review and agree to project specifications and deadlines and achieve them on time.
* High level of initiative - if you can think of a far better ways to improve on our specifications and write better code we want you to suggest it.
* Familiar with GPL licensing and related issues (i.e.: NOT using GPL code in a closed source project).
* Must have a very high level of integrity and confidentiality.
* Strong skills in javascript, ajax, CSS and good HTML layout are an advantage
* Zend PHP Certification (or equivalent) training is an advantage.
