Wordpress theme customization

We are looking for someone with very good knowledge of Wordpress and responsive design who would be able to customize Themify's Grido Theme ([url removed, login to view]).
The following changes should be implemented:
1. Implementation of infinite scroll wordpress plugin. Currently infinite scrolling is working with mentioned plugin but it is not as smooth as it's supposed to be (for reference take a look at Pinboard theme - http://themify.me/demo/#theme=pinboard). It should look like this.
2. Stacking of posts and a sidebar should be re-arranged. On lower resolutions sidebar+one column of posts should be seen. Currently on lower resolutions sidebar jumps down (it shouldn't).
3. All posts should be opened with pop-up (lightbox, thickbox,...) without header and sidebar but post should still be accessible normally with header and sidebar if you open it directly.
