I have a small text based program that is suppose to run under Linux on ARM processor. However, when I try to install it on my pocket Linux ARM device, it says "Syntax error: ( unexpected". For your information, I also have their X86 version of this program and it runs just fine on X86 based Linux PCs. I would like someone with Linux/ARM computer (for example, Netwinder) to try installing this program. The installation and testing should take about 5 minutes. If it works, I would like to try bypassing the automatic installation process and manually copy the files to my pocket Linux device and see if that will work. Here are the files and their respective size: [login to view URL] 294,991 [login to view URL] 930,816 [login to view URL] 18,940 l_all_ph.h 20,002 l_us_ph.h 3,900 l_com_ph.h 3,912 ttsapi.h 32,387 dtmmedefs.h 11,278 [login to view URL] 102 [login to view URL] 796 say 44,640 installer 54,950 To install, you simply run the "installer" program and it copies files to several directories. To test, you simply run the "say" program. This program is a simple command line driven program, there is no GUI. For deliverables: please copy the "installed files" and information on the directories where they go into so that I can manually install the files on my device.
