I look for an email application like hotmail but with generally much less features:
Best if you already have email application developed or can use open source.
These basic features are needed:

create email
delete email
read email
reply to mails
forward mails
put mails in folder
flag as spam
embed videos graphic and other functions as in gigya
Other hotmail functions are not needed.
However there is one area where the functions are more than hotmail and that is in composing the mail with adding stuff into the mail.
Things that can be added into the mail are photos, videos, layouts etc.. The way to add them is by copying pasting the code into the email. This resembles the way code is copy pasted into myspace pages to personalize the myspace page.

Three things:
First it is a complete mail solution so I require a mail server and at least one completely dedicated server to host this site.
Second thing is, the technology used by gigya is .net 2.0, with AJAX and CSS 2.0.
Third, all of design is done in CSS 2.0, and this is why the loading time decreases.
Price should be below $750. Time should be below 1 month.
