Hi,
I am in the process of starting a business that sources website design and web graphic design that I will sell to US clients. I have limited graphic design skills, but I do have a HTML/ CSS design background. Most of my professional career I have been a busness consultant, but had to act as a project manager for web development projects.
COMPANY BACKGROUND
My company will advertise for webdesign clients. I will then obtain the project details and programming requirements, which I will then forward to you ,my web outsource company, who will submit a project proposal back to me in 24-48 hours. You will also provide the project proposal with my logos/company name in place your logos/company but you will leave the fee(s) blank, which I will submit to my client. If accepted, my client will pay me, I will pay you to start site development. In the end I will own the website code and all graphics and transfer them to my client. In short I will be the liason for the project.
THIS PROJECT
1) Provide a non-diclosure agreement
2) Sign a contract at preset rates - i would prefer a flat rate for all programming and graphic design work.
3) Agree that all code/graphic/intillectual rights are transfered upon completion to me or my client
4) Provide 3 months of free customer suopport and bug resolution after release
5) Provide a fee to extent the service agreement and what the fee covers.
6) Provide free file upload to server if requested
7) Allow use of my CMS (content managment systme). It provides basic text editing via a WUSIWUG editor. It offers the functionality that most sites need. Joomla etc can be excessive. this program requires use of 2 very small lines of code to function.
8) Provide a highly detailed project proposal, including programming languages to be used, version of such languages, server requirements (hardware and software), number of graphic design concepts, number of graphic design revisions, change request hourly fee/rate for graphic design and programming.
9) you must have the ability to program in as many web languages and platforms as possible. A list must be provided so i can advertise this on my site
10) Build my company website at significantly reduced rate. I can build a css framework to give you an idea of what I want and what the pages/links should contain. This will save your company a lot of time and would allow the site to be built in about 1 or 2 days.
11) Please provide references for all of the following
A) Copleted projects where client was very happy
B) Completed projects where the client was NOT happy
C) Projects not completed - detailed description required
1) Your company terminated the contract
2) Client ertminated contract
12) Penalty if your company does not complete/ terminates contract
13) Penalty if my company does not complete/ terminates contract
