T-shirt e-commerce web site

I need a simple e-commerce site that sells t-shirts...please refer to the following site for reference:

the web site would essentially be a clone of the site (page layout, functionality, design style, shopping cart and checkout is very nice) with the following exceptions:
1. different design obviously (logo, color scheme, text content)
2. on [login to view URL], the first option is called: "today's tee", for my site it would just say catalog with options for drop down when i have multiple product categories (t-shirt will be a start, with future product categories to be added).
I already have the logo and color scheme in place, so no need to worry about that.
I will need a backend admin tool to configure and administer the e-commerce functionality. there would need to have the functionality to add/edit/delete artist profile, so that they would be displayed much like the artists section on [login to view URL]
My budget is $300 max for this project. Please bid only if you are serious and can get the job done within budget.
