[login to view URL] Clone

I need a program similar to [url removed, login to view], need a site to let the webmaster add there webhosting / domain registrar site to the program.

The reviewer will register an account and add his review.

the program need two different accounts a webmaster account and a reviewer account.

basically a clone of [url removed, login to view] software. Admin panel will need to have many features to control the site and users.

Need this program made in PHP

Control panel will need full control such as :

editing user

suspend user/webmaster account

approval/disapprove review (also tell which IP address posted the review)

delete review

approve new webmasters (ability to set if I want it to Auto Approve or not)

member list

mass email all members

mass email all webmasters
