Need an application that will track request and financial activity details. I am thinking of Joomla but if you know some thing else that can do the same what I want then feel free to let me know.? Am attacking the requirement (See attachment) and please read it first before sending a comment /bid.
You should understand what the requirement is and should only bid after going through it.? Please let me know if you have done Joomla work before and I prefer some Joomla expert to bid. I don't want any trial /error if you don't have any experience with Joomla.? Thanks
