phpbb3 mod needed (repost)

I have a phpbb3 installation with 3 forums. I have a list of email address of paying customers, whe a customer buys one of my products their email goes on the list. I have three groups guests, registered and paid. I have the forums setup like this.

Forum1

guests > read access only

registered > read/write access

paid > read/write access

Forum2 & Forum3

guests > can see forum but no topics

registered > can see forum but no topics

paid > read/write access

What I need is when a user goes to register it first checks to see if their email address exists in the paid members list (can be a flat file or database or table within phpbb3. If their email exists when they register they automatically get placed into the paid group and thus have full access to forums 2 and 3. If they register and their email is not in list of paid users they are placed in the registered group and have full access to only forum 1.

Only respond if you can do this 100% as I don't have time to waste with trial and error programmers.
