HI I need a Content managment system for a website. It doesn't need to be very complex. It has a set layout, and i want to be able to just edit the text/picture content online. i have extra pages to add. These are pages about houses, and other properties. I want to be able to add, edit and delete these pages. Each page will also have a set layout, of text and a few pictures. all pages are a set template...only the centre content needs editing all the above done online from an admin area. payment after work is done...can use escrow.
