We are currently getting the message “Done, but with errors on page” in our browser (IE7) for most pages on the site. Find and remove the cause of the error message.
On the [url removed, login to view] page change “Tax ID.:” to “Are you VAT registered?” and change the input field to Yes/No drop down box.
On the [url removed, login to view] page change “You get your money by:” to “Your Bank Details for payment. We will electronically transfer your commission payments to this account.”.
On the [url removed, login to view] page delete “ABA/BSB number (branch number):” and the associated field.
On the [url removed, login to view] page change “SWIFT Code” to “Sort Code”.
On the [url removed, login to view] page add, underneath “Affiliate Programme – Sign Up” the text “If you are not a UK or EU company and would like to be an affiliate please contact (Link to contact page) us so we can discuss payment options for your commission.
On the [url removed, login to view] page change “Tax ID.:” to “Are you VAT registered?” The field to show Yes/No as submitted on the Sign Up page.
On the [url removed, login to view] page delete “ABA/BSB number (branch number):” and the associated field.
On the [url removed, login to view] page change “SWIFT Code” to “Sort Code”.
On the [url removed, login to view] page change “You get your money by:” to “Your Bank Details for payment”.
Provide notes on how you did the above so I can make any further minor modifications.

Installation of SSL in response to your comment “There are contributions available that will utilize your website's SSL secure access not just for payment submission but also for login, customer information input, and other periods if sensitive exchange. Some of these contributions will provide a secure option for *all* site exchanges.” We want affiliates to feel secure when they enter their Bank Account details.
