Search Engine Optimization

I have too many projects at hand and I need to outsource some SEO work. about 25 pages Winner must write good english, and know how search engines work. You must also provide me with your general search engine strategy and process so I can make sure we are on the same wavelength. I am fairly knowledgable about this and I need someone who has a pretty good idea of what they are doing for this job. I have already researched target keywords and can provide a list.
