Game/Collision Detection/Animation

I have a small sample application that I need modified. Visual Basic 6.0 Programmer should be familiar with collision detection, blitting(animating) images, integrating animated gifs, and slight sound. The basic functionality of this app will be very similar but re-modified to fit my exact needs. All the code that handles movement and collision detection is done, but just needs to be re-worked. Send your comments to me for consideration. I will send the sample code to successful bidders. Coder will code to my specifications, help to implement, and help to modify. Most of the code is already done, its just needs to be re-engineered to fit into my app with my specs. Very simple 1 VB form and 3 modules. Please read attached document for exact details of project. This project should not take very long.
