Layout redesign for two applications

We have two applications:
1. document management application
2. mail management application (for recording arrival/departure of postal paper mail)
Both applications have been fully developed and tested. CSS was used. No troubleshooting of functions needed.
We'd like to market these 2 applications as a package. So the applications need to work in similar ways:
- same layout
- same presentation
- same design
- same icons
- same type of login
- same way to enter, modify, and view parameters,
- same way to enter, edit and delete data, etc.
