I need a ratemyprofessor or ratemyteacher type of script. I will be dealing with universities so people need to be able to search by university. People will rate "professors" at each university, and I don't want them to have to login in order to rate and leave comments but i want the option to approve the comments. I want each "professor" to be rated on several things (3 or 4) such as popularity and strength.

I am willing to spend $150 because I know a lot of people have made these already and I'm sure all I will need done is some tweaking and thats all. Thanks!
