Hello, This project is a to build a real estate web site. Site requirements: The website will consist of 4 main sections: About Us, Buyer/seller resources, Communities, and Career opportunities. We have all the page designs ready. Need 6 - 10 different page templates. [url removed, login to view] registration, login, and agent platform, which includes transaction organizer (upload files, save, edit, delete, etc). Also need a superuser function that can control all agents web activities. [url removed, login to view] registration, login, and platform, which include MLS search, save search, auto notify of new listings, various request forms, etc. [url removed, login to view] site needs to be secured by SSL. [url removed, login to view] some flash elements: slideshow of pictures, or rolling text. [url removed, login to view] PHP, mySQL, Linux We need to have easy admin function for website content management, client/agent management, sending mass email to registered clients or agents, auto email notify messages, and turn on/off some functions. All the content from external links need to be shown within the site frame, instead of external frame. These requirements are not final but represent the bulk of the project. Terms: All design work must be 100% original. All the code will need to be original and we will need full ownership and copyright over it once the project is completed. The coding for this project needs to be fast, clean and 100% documented (from day one) so that you can send us regular updates and so it can be easily understood and added to at later date. Payment will be in one lump sum payment when the project is completed and tested bug-free. Payment will be via a SL escrow account. We require a functional demo before putting payment in the escrow. Once we receive the website along with a complete package of source codes and project documentation, we will release the payment from escrow account. Timeframe: We need this website to be done as soon as possible, but with high quality at the same time. Programmer requirements: We are looking for a highly professional developer/team to do this project. We need someone who can work fast, have excellent English communication skills, who can provide unlimited revisions and is easily reached via email and/or any major IM.
