Simple landing page and site changes

I have a client that has three websites. He needs the following done:
1) The content of one of the sites needs to be integrated into one of the other sites. After that content is moved, that 3rd site will no longer exist.
The site that needs its content integrated is http;//www.jackiescakesandcookies.net. The site the content will be placed into is http://www.brazilcoffeecompany.com. The look and design of the latter site will remain the same for the time being. It will eventually be redesigned but that will be a different project.
2) He would like a "landing page" created that basically just has the logos of the two remaining sites for people to choose when they get to the page.
That is really it at this point. Pretty easy stuff. I just don't have time at the moment to mess with it. I'd like to get this done within the next week at most.
