Create a website with two web pages. The first page is this page, a webpage with two frames [Click here for example][2].

The second page is an admin page that allows the admin to use a web GUI form to populate the hyperlinks (hyperlinks in Frame 1) in this first page. These 25 hyperlinks will be updated regularly and a web GUI would make it easier to populate the target links. The GUI form page needs to be secure and for admin use only. This web GUI is only accessible by a user name and password. It needs to be secure.**

**The side frame (Frame 1) in grey has 25 hyperlinks that when clicked open its links here in this target frame- (Frame 2).

Frame 2 is this frame, the main frame.

The initial page in this frame (Frame 2) is an external website. [Click here for example][2]**

**Frame 1 has 25 hyperlinks, when the hyperlinks in Frame 1 are hit the target frame is Frame 2. I need to be able to hit all 25 hyperlinks one at a time and go to 25 different links within frame 2. IT MUST STAY IN FRAME 2.

*_This next page is the web GUI console page. This is a form webpage that I can easily copy links into and hit a button and it changes the 25 hyperlinks on the main page in Frame 1. **

**I require that you load, configure and test the competed website onto my web server.**

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. **Must be installed, configured and tested on buyer's web server.**

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
