We are a small, but global, organization that has been in business for over 12 years with small teams working in Italy, India, Brazil, Romania, and the USA. This request for bid is intended to do two things (1) add more talented people to our team and (2) help us complete a projects we have underway. First and foremost, we are not looking for the cheapest bidder. We are looking for the best talent and expect to pay a little more then you are making now with regular increases based on perfomance. Project One: We need help with the central web server that is the central hub for replicating and uploading data captured by specialists working from laptops in remote locations. We would like to find people we can add to our team so we are very interested in people that want to work with us for years. Here are the skills we are looking for: Required: * C# * .NET 3.0 * ASP.NET * User Interface Design (this is apparent from the types of applications the person builds) * Microsoft SQL Server 2005 * TSQL Nice to have: * Web Forms * Crystal Reports (or Business Objects) * Stored Procedures * Microsoft Enterprise Library All bidders must answer the following: (1) What is your hourly rate? (2) What is your availability? When can you start and how many hours per week can you devote to our work? (3) Are you interested in working with us long term? (4) Fully describe your experience with the technologies listed above.
## Deliverables
We will pay for the hours you work over the next 4 weeks. We will review all work performed to make sure it is up to our quality. All work you perform and products or code you create are works for hire, meaning that we own all the rights to them.
