Hello Coders, I have to create a website for handmade Urns. I have a web template in which content needs to be inserted. See attached JPEG of the Home Page. Template is as usual with HTML and images as well as PSDs. Now it is not just simple copy and paste job. I also need the following: 1. Add the photos / images that I will provide. Obviously, the changes will need to be done in the PSDs. 2. Use your creativity to make the images standout. e.g. you can change the background of the vase to a simple one. The more creative you are the better. And hence the preferred coder will have following skills: 1. Photoshop 2. HTML and CSS 3. Creativity Website will have following pages : 1. Home 2. About 3. Products: 6 (six) pages with image, description and cost 4. Contact Us My questions : 1. How fast can you deliver ? 2. How will you code the HTML and CSS ? (e.g. Dreamweaver or hand code) 3. Which browsers will the website optimized for?
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
