To begin, you must speak excellent english, able to communicate via telephone daily at your expense, able to provide daily updates via cloud development demonstrations and be accept a preliminary phone interview prior to project award. If you cannot meet ALL these requirements DO NOT BID.
I need a small wordpress site developed from a custom design and then have it deployed when it is finished. The design is simple with minimal and basic functionality. The maximum budget for this site is $500. A summary of site and page requirements is listed below. The client will be inserting content after development ... but before your deployment.
Requirements -
1) Home page - Logo, horizontal nav with rollover effect (small image appears above parent nav link/bar on hover), Very large slider (4 images), footer with nav links and facebook link.
2) Static info child page - single and double column (second column should be flexible enough to house sub-content, testimonial content or clickable recent project images from portfolio. Hover effects over images same as that in portfolio (see design comp)
3) Portfolio - sortable portfolio with jquery sort and hover effects (3 wide grid)
4) Project details page - large photo of project up top, smaller project images in a side column, project details in main column, and clickable recent projects carousel on the bottom (same category projects only).
5) Blog child page - pretty basic as per design
6) Contact page - 2 columns (one for form and one for contact info.
7) Facebook Page - design coming soon
I have attached an additional document the defines the above requirements in a bit more detail.
This site is replacing an existing site. It may be developed on their development server so that when development is completed they can insert all content and then you can come in behind and do full deployment. If you have a better suggestion, I am open to your idea.
I will provide design comp links to shortlist bidders. If you would like to be considered for the project please submit a proposal that provides me with how much total you will charge ($500 max), how much you require to start the project, how long it will take you to complete, where you suggest development takes place (their servers or yours) and how you plan to deploy the project.
