ADF format for emails

I use a php form script from [url removed, login to view] - I got off the internet to fill out a form and email the results. The results are emailed to the sender with comments and to the person designated to receive the email.

I ONLY want to change the format of the email that goes to the person designated to receive the email. It needs to be sent in an ADF format which is Auto-lead Data Format/ADF - An industry standard data format for the export and import of automotive customer leads using xml. I have an example of an email but mine will be simple because I only have first and last name, email address, the service provider which is me, The request date, contact no., advertising source, and the rest of the information (vehicle info) will go under comments. I need this done so the information goes directly into a CRM system.
