We require an editorial interface for the creation of news stories (including Article and Gallery content) with scheduling, image upload and output via NewsML.

It will feed to a hosted FTP server run by us.

It will comprise a web-based app.

We have a full specification document, including security requirements for the system, which are quite prescriptive!
