We have an index page that uses a header and footer as 2 separate include files. We need you to re-do or recreate code in header/footer/index pages and make the page to look like the image that is attached while making sure no functionality is lost.
You shall also be responsible to make sure no elements are [url removed, login to view] on zoom in/out.
We shall provide you with the existing code and images. If however, any part of the code or images has to be redone you shall do it to ensure final look and feel is maintained without loosing functionality. The final product should work both in logged in and logged out states.
All Css should be put in a headercss/indexcss/footercss folder and called from that folder instead of it being inside the file. We will be placing these css files inside a common CSS folder inside an india folder - this is being told just to give you an idea of the path.
Please ask if in doubt and do not bid if you are not clear with the requirements and unless you are sure you have all that you need to complete the task.
