Resize the PSD design of my homepage; then create one HTML/CSS tableless webpage

I have attached an image with the frame of this webpage, because I cannot show my clients logo or content.

I will be awarding this project within 1-2 hours, so please bid quickly.

- You will be supplied with a PSD which will serve as a guide towards creating a one page CSS based template.

- You will also be supplied with placeholder graphics for use in the template in place of actual search boxes, and applets.

- You have full control over how to achieve the look in the PSD, since the PSD design is a small, and needs to be resized to about 960-1000px or so.

- Any images you create will need to be accompanied by the source images (PNG or PSD). A document will also be provided with notes to help you. This is a simple one page CSS template project, nothing very fancy. The webpage should be created in tableless HTML/CSS, so please, NO TABLES! :)

The resized design will need to be submitted within 12 hours after I award the project. Then, the final CSS webpage will need to be submitted within 24 hours after that.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
