Very quick wordpress them customization

Hello,

I need some minor changes done to a wordpress template/theme.

-Remove some elements in left footer

-Add an extra page

-change color scheme of background so that it matches logo more

-put logo in top left corner

-add/setup contact form to contactus page

-add an image to the bottom of layout.
