Troubleshoot, Repair, and Recover Server

The server was set up in a RAID 1 and had a hard drive fail. The company replaced the failed drive but some data appears to be either missing or corrupt. We need someone to do the following:
-Diagnose the issue.
-Recover any data possible
-Fix all issues with the server and get website back to working state
Currently there is one website hosted that now has a broken WHMCS/cPanel/Wordpress. These are the issues that need priority in fixing. NOTE: Do not bid if you are not comfortable with adult content.
