PHP/MYSQL expert need ASAP to translate our designs for a music website into working beta model.
WHAT IS EXPECTED
We are looking for AN INDIVIDUAL that will give daily update and abide by our schedule on our website that has a Buyers section and Artist section. A buyer can search through artists and invite them to give music to a project. If the buyer like the submission (mp3) they query the admin to "get quote". Very simple. I do not want to speak with another Indian who claims to report back to a "Team". I want non-indian INDIVIDUAL, not a team or project manager. I am a project manager and do not want to speak with 7 project managers who have no idea what PHP is and take 3 days to email back, this is unprofessional.
This project should take any learned PHP programmer under 5 days to finish and we have approximately 14 days from time of post. There is plently of time and WE WILL PORT DESIGN into your code so you must only produce WORKING site with NO DESIGN.
We are looking for an American PHP programmer, Australian, African or Ukrainian/Russian. Again, our experience with Indian companies has been repeatedly the most negative experiences in hiring. We have been in business in New York for over 10 years and have never experience such problems like those the last few Indian companies have given us, clearly the most unprofessional and incompetant workers that lack any sense of ethics and tend to spread the project among several individuals upon winning a project.
For non-Indian programmers I am clearly outlining the workflow here so you know the rules:
1)You bid on the job understanding the scope. I send you the wireframes and functional spec of the site which you review and alter bid accordingly.
2)You win project and create initial login system that I can show client by Friday or latest Monday. Any later and job will be cancelled and put back up for sale.
3)Upon finish the simple login, you will get 1/4 of the money in advance followed by the rest at milestones you set with a schedule you create off of ours. We expect to see the schedule the SAME DAY you win the job and not a day later.
