Track User's Location at a specific event

Rules for this project:

1) You must know drupal very very well, if you don't please don't apply here.

2) I will not pay more than the projected budget for this project $250, NO EXCEPTIONS. Don't bid while you know that you'll ask for more later. Everything you need to know is written in details below.

3) I WILL NOT provide db access. I will not provide ftp to all folders. The only folder I will provide access to is the sit/all/modules.

4) No modifications to current db nor to existing modules but you can create your own module. You can also use rules module and write code there.

I have a website that track's employees' work hours. They start timer at the beginning of their shift and stop timer at the end of their shifts. Manager's are able to see reports of all users (employees) in and out time in the reports section of the website.

What I need:

I need to track user's location at a specific events, when the user clicks on "start timer" button AND when the user clicks on "Stop timer" button

This information should be stored and shown on the report section of the sit by adding two more columns. First column will show user's location when they clicked on "start timer", the second column will show the user's location when they clicked on the "stop timer"

One of the solutions is to do the following:

You can append a different query string to each click, which will allow you to track each click individually. Then you can use Google analytics Event Tracking Module which will do your work for tracking easily.
