Small design changes on prestashop website

I just need a few things done on my website. These are not difficult task I just don't know where to change these at. Most are CSS tasks but a couple are function issues. On a few I put down two colors so I can see which one I like better.

1. Change the menu bar color to either orange or green and change font of menu bar subcategories

2. When I click on "shopping cart" it shows no items once I go to the "cart page" although I put items in there.

3. Change font color of shopping cart font at top of page to white

4. Change color of the featured products section

5. Put the horizontal links in the footer next to the Follow Us section

6. My background image seems to load slower anyway to make it and the site load faster?

7. I had a links line that had "welcome, contact us, and all other CMS pages that is not showing underneath search box like I wanted.

8. Change color of header boxes on product pages to green or orange

9. Center product images in its box on product pages.

10. Move over content boxes that cause content to be slightly off.

I cannot yet see other pages so there may be other changes but if so we can up the bid amount during but only if they are not on the list and you believe they are worth more money.
