Product Design - Drink holder

Looking for a designer for a drink holder that will hook onto either a belt loop or onto a pair of pants like a cell phone holder. The holder itself will need to have some sort of cooling mechanism such as an integrated ice pack in the sleeve. It is basically a hands free drink holder for festival attendees that keeps, holds, and cools drinks either from a cup or a can. The rest you can have free reign on design.
