Web Scraping Project - Mine records into CSV/Excel

I need to extract all the records from the site: [login to view URL]
There are currently 127000+ records in 2500+ webpages. I need the data in a CSV or Excel format
Include the following fields:
Contract #
Department
Total Price
Supplier Name
Contract Dates
Supplier Classification Codes
Special Instructions
Acquisition Type
Acquisition Method
and also the subsection which includes Header Name, Description and Classification Codes
1) Please create a script (preferably Python or possibly something else I can run on a PC) that extracts this information.
2) Please run the script and generate the output
3) Deliverables will include the script and the output.
