I am seeking a partnership with an SEO/Internet Marketing firm in which I design the websites for you, and you simply add on your profits and pass it on as your work to your clients.

I am based in Dallas and have clients nationwide.

Here is what I offer:

I will design from scratch websites for your clients for an upfront fee of $200, plus $35 per month.

The $35 per month covers hosting and email account creation, AND UNLIMITED website updates and changes for the life of the site....that is correct...UNLIMITED.

I will handle all changes, if your clients want something changed on the site, or if you want tags tweaked on the site for SEO purposes, send me an email and I will take care of it. Your clients will never know I exist.

I have redundant dedicated servers thru godaddy (reseller) so there will be no downtime issues.

I MUST host all clients sites. It is the only leverage I have. Your leverage is you control the relationship and the flow of money from your clients, and I control hosting and site files.

Again, my only upfront fee is $200 ( I will build the site first before you pay me) and if you want to charge the client $1,500 for the site, then that extra $1,300 is yours. The $35 fee paid to me monthly can simply be included in their monthly SEO payment to you.
